PACS data is sent from veterinary hospitals to our fully redundant servers. Our data infrastructure is designed to ensure reliability, security, and stability to your transmission.

Our system is vendor independent and can integrate with any digital radiography system on the veterinary market. Sending images with most systems is as easy as clicking the send button.

Upon receipt, the Sight Hound radiologist evaluates the images and dictates a written report. All reports are e-mailed, faxed, and available online. If the evaluation requires immediate attention, the referring veterinarian may be contacted by phone to discuss the findings.

The innovative DVMinsight software makes implementing Sight Hound services at your hospital extremely easy. For example:

• The DVMinsight Pocket Reminder software facilitates entering history request information.

• The DVMinsight BOUNCE software is used to automatically route images to our server.

• We use the latest in DICOM compression technology to efficiently and effortlessly transmit images to our servers. Nearly any internet connection can be used with our software.

• For JPEG images, we have an efficient JPEG upload program to handle JPEG images as well.
